Here we lifted the 3t solids separator using a model 4160 lifting frame. The separator was then moved over the steel structure and placed precisely on top.


We were responsible for unloading, bringing in and positioning all system parts. Once they had been brought into the hall, two forklifts (one of which had a crane arm) were used to set them up in a floating position, followed by precise positioning of the palletizer.

We were responsible for unloading, inserting and positioning a 52-tons section of the corrugator for the corrugated cardboard plant. The plant section was the heaviest element of the entire plant. A truck-mounted crane, a forklift truck, a hydraulically slewing crane arm, heavy-duty trolleys and hydraulic lifting equipment were used to position the plant components safely and precisely.

We carried out the dismantling and disposal of the EHT VarioPress 225 press brake. For transportation, the system was dismantled into transport-compatible assemblies. Model 4160 mast, 8t forklift, heavy-duty trolleys and semi low-loaders were used.

We carried out the unloading, insertion and positioning of all plant components with a total weight of 80 tons for the corrugated cardboard plant. We used a mobile crane, a forklift truck, a hydraulically slewing crane arm, heavy-duty trolleys and hydraulic lifting equipment to assemble the corrugator.

Lifting and loading of the 40t transformer using a Model 4160 mast for industrial parts cleaning.


As part of an in-house relocation of a mechanical system, the system was lifted hydraulically and set down on heavy-duty trolleys. The system was then moved using a pushing aid (PowerAttack). Finally, the system was positioned and set down at its destination.

A combined heat and power plant was installed for IBM Deutschland Research & Development GmbH in Böblingen. The generator and gas engine were separated. In addition, both components were removed from the soundproof cabin. They were removed via a basement shaft using heavy-duty trolleys and a truck-mounted crane.

In this project, we lifted the oven together with the steel structure to create space for the installation of a new system under the steel structure. The MiniJack 2020 SC lifting frame was used for this.

We moved the office container to the second floor by first opening the facade. The container was then lifted using a truck-mounted crane, telescopic forklift, heavy-duty rollers and forklift and transported safely to the first floor.

A complete combined heat and power unit was installed for an education center in Brühl. The CHP unit was attached to the load carrier in the basement shaft. It was then lowered and installed via the ramp built on the landing. Finally, the CHP unit was positioned.


We unloaded and installed a press in Frankfurt. A forklift truck and heavy-duty trolleys were used for this. The press was then assembled and precisely positioned using the model 4160 lifting frame.

Here we unloaded and installed a universal testing machine. A forklift truck and heavy-duty trolleys were used for this. The machine was then erected and precisely positioned using the MiniJack 2020 SC lifting frame.


For a corrugator plant, we carried out the unloading, installation and positioning of all plant components of the corrugator. We used a truck-mounted crane, a forklift truck, a hydraulically slewing crane arm, heavy-duty trolleys and hydraulic lifting equipment.

Wir haben das Abladen, Einbringen und Positionieren aller Anlagenteile durchgeführt. Hier gezeigt: Das Aufheben und Montieren eines Anlagenoberteils mittels eines 3-Tonnen-Gabelstaplers Jungheinrich TFG 430s und einem Kranarm, um das Oberteil präzise an seinem Platz zu positionieren.

We carried out the relocation of a large collection of machines, focusing on the 14-ton machining center. The move was carried out with the help of two forklift trucks, heavy-duty trolleys and hydraulic lifting equipment to move the heavy equipment safely and position it at its destination.

Bei diesem Auftrag haben wir eine ca. 9 Tonnen schwere Presse abgeladen und eingebracht. Zum Einsatz kamen dabei ein Gabelstapler sowie Schwerlastfahrwerke. Anschließend wurde die Presse mit einem Hubgerüst Modell 4160 angehoben, über Schienen über die Grube verfahren und auf dem vorhandenen Stahlbau positioniert.
